Most employers won't hire developers until they already have experience. This paradox--you have to already have experience in order to get any experience--has kept many talented developers from getting their first job.
The Refcode Internship is designed to solve this chicken-and-egg problem by giving our graduates their first real work, working on a real project with a real team, getting real pay.

Internship Details

• 4 month program
  
• $15/hr, 10 hrs per week
  
• Fully remote/virtual, with optional in-person
  
• Flexible hours
  
• Each intern will be matched with a dedicated mentor who is a professional Bubble developer
  
• Each intern will receive a MacBook Laptop to keep
  

Requirements
You must meet the following criteria:

• Must have gone through one of Refcode's programs (such as the Bubble Bootcamp)
  
• Must be an immigrant or the child of an immigrant
  
• Experience in Bubble.io development
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Legal to work in the US
