This form is the first of three parts. In this form we will collect basic information about you and get you set up to complete the next section, which is the assessment.

The assessment an intensive process where you will be required to complete some tutorials and then take an assessment to evaluate what you learned. We highly recommend that you budget several hours to complete the assessment, even more if you do not have technical experience with computers.

This bootcamp is designed to help beginners succeed, but the more experience you have, the better you will do.
